Returns Policy

DAMAGED GOODS

All goods must be checked for damages or missing items within 48 hours of receiving. After this time no claim for damaged goods will be accepted.

 

Returning of Goods

Goods returned to Luke’s Bathroom Renovations for change of mind or you have ordered incorrectly, will only be accepted on the below conditions:

  • Luke’s Bathroom Renovations must be notified within 48 hours of acceptance of goods, of intent to return items.
  • Must be returned BEFORE 30 days of original purchase.
  • Goods must be returned in full ie. No missing parts.
  • Goods/ Packaging must be in a saleable condition.

Conditions for Returning Goods after Purchase

Goods can be returned to Luke’s Bathroom Renovations on the below conditions:

  • Luke’s Bathroom Renovations must be notified within 48 hours of acceptance of goods, of intent to return items.
  • Goods/ Packaging must be in a saleable condition.
  • Must be UNDER 30 days from date of purchase
  • Must be of CURRENT shade and approved by the Supplier.

 

These Conditions Apply to ALL Returns:

  • 20% restocking fee applies for all items returned or cancellations.
  • NO returns of special orders ie. Custom made vanities, or sale and clearance items.
  • A freight surcharge will apply where an item with shipping weight exceeds 20kg is to be returned to supplier. The freight will be calculated by Luke’s Bathroom Renovations and is payable by the customer returning items.
  • A full refund will only be applied if goods are deemed not fit for purpose or an alternative cannot be offered. If the alternative is deemed unsuitable, a store credit will be offered.

All returns will be handled on a case by case basis and is at the sole discretion of Luke’s Bathroom Renovations.

 

Conditions for Pick Ups Of Bulky Goods & Tiles

Orders that are of heavy lifting, bulky or tiles must be given 24-48 hours notice for collection. If you have advised a day when you will collect and do not collect your items on said day, then another 24-48 hours notice must be given to our office.

Pick up times are:
Mon-Fri 10am-5pm
Saturday 9am to 4pm

 

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Luke’s Bathroom Renovations only ship within Australia
  • Delivery is via Australia Post or third party courier
  • All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at time of delivery. Under some special circumstances, courier deliveries may be replaced by Australia Post.
  • Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
  • As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, Luke’s Bathroom Renovations are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery.
  • If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
  • If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply.
  • Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
  • Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 – 10 business days for delivery.
  • Shipping charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.
