"Engaged Luke and team to renovate two bathrooms. Both were complete in three weeks. His process works like a well oiled machine - with everything completed on time. I was a first time renovator and I did have a lot of questions. My advice would be to trust the process - Luke provides a quote and a list of items you need to buy and have ready onsite on the agreed start date. "Found Luke’s Renovations on Google reviews as they looked like specialists in inner Sydney. Had a read through the reviews and thought they were too good to be true! Having just lived through the experience of working with them, I can 100% guarantee, they are a different type of tradie and live up to the hype (just check out their insta!). Luke showed up for a quote, told us what to buy (we did the design but they gave us a shopping list so we didn’t miss anything!), started as planned and finished when planned! We had a big job - 3 bathrooms and a toilet with a family living and working in the home - and it was all handled with utmost professionalism. Was it messy and noisy? Yep. It’s Reno’s. Were there some hiccups? Yes, it’s Reno’s. Some ours, some minor miscommunications. The best bit - all easily resolved. Could not be happier with the result. "Wouldn't recommend anyone else! I worked alongside project manager Abe who answered all my questions (there was many that first week!), was very responsive and both he and Luke gave great advice on things I was unsure about. Abe made it possible for me to voice concerns and accommodate changes, fitting it into schedule. Luke's super lovely team run like a well-oiled machine, with work completed in 17 days. Trust the process. Just as a side-note; I'm not great at making decisions on the spot, so a bit of a heads up regarding decisions that need to be made, ahead of time, would of been great. Been following Luke's Instagram page for almost a year now and whilst it's a great tool for design and layout, it's also a great way to educate yourself in how projects progress, from their daily stories."
